🔶Remove all the items that we have created in the head and create a new head and put all the zero items short items in it so that the daily basis can be worked on. Find out which items are coming and which aren't so we can get working
🔶Give priority to last three days rejected and NA items so that they are completed from warehouse and company on first priority.
🔶Expiry wise guidelines have been given that you guys will give me expiry on 20th date keep clearance stock in expiry clearing shelf don't keep intimation stock guided to team
🔶Verifications of Expansive items have been done in which mostly zero working items have been given to Siddiq bhai to update it by doing proper working on it.

🔶In Sir Shelf-wise visit, the items which are short have been placed in order to the ready supply chain but due to the ledger, orders are not being received.
🔶Expiry of Nazir and Khalid is pending, I have told them to place order and make deductions from their bill.
🔶Again they have been given guidelines to complete NA Items N Zero Items Refuse on same day.
🔶Expensive order that they mostly didn't have told the mind to make one quantity available for availability.
